What happens when we recognise that there is not enough bone for a direct implant insertion during the planning?

It´s possible to draw an individual patient matching boneblock surrounding the planned implants directly within the DICOM-data. The result is an open stl-file again. Afterwards you decide where to produce it, you select your partner for milling it out of allogenic material, for example.
